Is this indicating a RAM falure?

Blue screen with error messages after restart =

Full screen of text showed up for all 3 restarts,
including -

1st restart:

“Technical Information:

*** Stop 0x00000C5 (0xE24953F0, 0x00000002,
oxoooooooo, 0x80534E56)”

2nd restart:

“Technical Information:

*** Stop 0x0000008 (0x00000005, 0xBF9B3BB, 0xF198C440,
0x00000000)
***NV4_disp.dll - address BF9B93BB, BF9B7000, Date

3rd restart:

happened in SAFE MODE - same basic screen as 1st restart
with different addresses.

All screens also had:

“A problem has been detected and Windows has shut down to
prevent damage to computer.”

Then asked if I’d seen this screen before and giving
suggestions to:
“Disable memory options of Bios: Shadow and cache.
Disable and or remove new hardware or drivers.”

At bottom of screen:
“Beginning dump of physical memory.
Physical dump complete.”

Although there is a display driver listed in your error messages , the
0x0000008 error is associated with bad or poor performing system ram. Jym

Replace the ram module with a top recommend brand. This is a very easy
procedure by removing the left side panel of the case , lifting the clips
off and carefully removing and replacing the module.
I have had this problem and I replaced the ram with a well known , high
quality brand called Muskin. But Micron is very good also. Jym
