blue screen on boot up

What caused the "blue" screen on boot up or re-boot???
Why does the Word program not send the correct format to
the printer???

I have this problem too, but the machine reboots before I have a chanc
to get the error code, is there a log I could check?

Try Safe Mode. Press F8 right after the POST screen(Power On Self Test)
and see if it will come up.
