umm how do i get the drivers installed when i can even run windows, i can
install linux ok, but windows will not even format the drive when i install
the cd to install
any ideas???

erm i cant even install windows to install the drivers i am getting this
screen when trying to format the drive, i have linux installed no problems,
when i install the xp cd it loads the drivers in dos and then flashes to the
blue screen
if you could advise on mb drivers and how to install them before windows
that would be great, appreciate you help here Mark!

You probably have a system that lacks the hard drive controller drivers that
are compatible with windows. Since you own a system that came with no OS, you
will have to discover what previsions for controller setup came with the
system.
