Blue Screen, Not the Blue Screen of Death.

Sometimes it happens & sometimes it doesn't. After I log into Windows 2000,
Windows 2000 hang-up on a blank blue screen and does not go to the desk top.
I have taken everything out of the startup and still get this blank blue
screen. This
blue screen is not the Blue Screen of Death.

For whatever reason "explorer.exe" is not starting up consistantly. Do a
CTRL-ALT-DEL at that point ,select Task List, Application, New Task, and
enter Explorer.exe

The computer will not respond to CTRL-ALT-DEL, so the only option is to turn
the computer off then back on in hope that it will go to the desktop.
Sometime it
acts this way and sometime it doesn't.
