blue screen error

I installed service pack 2 for XP and on reboot I get a
blue scrren with the following flashing message 0x0000000x
(oxcooooo5,oxf7d4?51d,oxf7c4??8,oxoooooooo)then it goes
into a cycle of rebooting. Any help would br greatly
appricated. Could someone please help?
