Blue Screen Error - Unmountable_Boot_Volume

Hi,

I faced the following error message when i boot my CF card with xp
embedded image

Unmountable_Boot_Volume


***stop : 0x000000ED (0x81356D98,0XC000014F,0X00000000,0X0000000)

I couldn't fix the error...Can anyone suggest me how to solve this
error
