Hi

Can anyone help with a rather annoying problem? I installed Norton Ghost 9.0
today and I've had the blue screen six or seven times with the above error
message. Symantewc have told me to uninstall and reinstall Ghost. That hasn't
worked. My pc manufacturer wants to reformat and re-load windows. I think
that's too drastic if there is an alternative solution. What do you think?

Many thanks

Uninstall NG 9.0 then do a system restore to a date prior to the
installation see if the BSODs go a way for a start.
A reinstall would be like cracking a wallnut with a sledge hammer I
think .
