Blue Screen.....Driver, Power, State, Failure

First the machine would not shut down, now I get a blue screen with
Driver, Power, State,Failure

Complete Memory Dump. Completed...
Contact administrator

Or something like this.

I restart and everything is OK, but this now comes up every time I try to
turn the
machine off.
