Blue screen error after I have been using the laptop for a while

My laptop w Windows XP Home edition always shuts down to
a blue sceen after I have been on it for an extended
period ... ~2 hours

The error message is: "DRIVER_IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL"

I tried to use the MS Knowledge base but the company they
tell me to contact (Mylex Corp) is impossible to get
through to.

Anyone with this experience .. please help.
 
May be caused by memory or graphics driver problems
First check for updates on yr Laptop manuf.site

When I got this message, I had to replace my RAM. Try to update drivers
first, but this may also be an option.
