It's strange the mainboard is new.
Asus M2V-TVM.
Why do you think that problem is bios?

Are you using an original version Windows XP installation CD with a
motherboard that has PCIx expansion slots?

If so then you need to create a new Windows XP installation CD with
Service Pack 2 slipstreamed into it.

XP Slipstream:

http://www.helpwithwindows.com/WindowsXP/winxp-sp2-bootcd.html

Order Windows XP Service Pack 2 on CD:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/updates/sp2/cdorder/en_us/default.mspx

Windows XP Service Pack 2 complete download:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...BE-3B8E-4F30-8245-9E368D3CDB5A&displaylang=en

Good luck

I deleted the existent partion and created one partition fat32 or ntfs
on 40gb hard drive.
I booted the system from cd windows xp, and the system crashed with
blue screen and report the error that I described.
