Blue Screen after unlocking workstation

The following is happening on a Windows 2000 SP4. This is
happening on machines both with and without the Novell
Client.

After locking the workstation and going back to unlock it,
a blue screen of death will appear for about 3 seconds.

I can't read everything that is displayed, but I think it
says something about an Exception Break Point - DateStamp -
mup.sys?

Has anyone else seen this?
