blue and yellow won't print...

Does anyone know why my printer refuses to print blue and yellow (it does
print red), and how to solve this problem? I've replaced the cartridge twice,
so that definately can't be the problem. And I've cleaned the nozzles as
described in the manual. I've also let the printer clean it's cartridges, but
all of this hasn't helped.
It's a hp Deskjet 815 C.
I'm getting quite desperate so thanks for your time and help!

Does the test page show any of the colors you state are not printing?
The test page should also do a color test. Color support: yes or no?
Did you remove the covers off the printhead of the color cartridge?

No, there is only red (in the windows logo in the top, left hand corner) and
black (all of the text) on the test page.
It does say "color support: yes" but it doesn't look like he tried to print
colors (except for the windows logo)...
Yes, I removed the plastic cover.
