Blocking only certain messages from being seen by other users accessing your mailbox

Gurus,

My manager asked a question concerning opening another user's Inbox in
Outlook 2007. He had rights to that mailbox and I pointed him to File >
Open > Other User's Folder, and voial! the other person's Inbox popped into
View. Then he asked something weird. He said that certain "higher up"
people occasionally send sensitive messages to that mailbox, and while he
was supposed to have full rights to that mailbox, he asked if there was a
way Outlook could "block from view" just those messages sent by these
"higher up" people while at the same time being allowed to see everything
else. The other person walked in at the conversation, and said he wanted
certain people to access his mailbox, but the higher ups prohibit anyone
outside of the intended recipient from seeing their messages. I told him
this was impossible. Anyone know different?

if the messages are set to private and the other people don't have rights to
private messages, it will work.

Diane! Awesome. Is there a way for an Outlook user to automatically set
all outbound messages to "Private"?

create a custom form with the private flag set then choose it when you send
mail.

basic instructions are here (you'll use mail forms instead):
http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/homedefault.htm

to publish it, see http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/publish_form.htm
