Gurus,

Running Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003/2007. Some of our secretarial users
are tasked to look into their bosses Inbox, Contacts and Tasks. They do
this by way of clicking File > Open > Other Users Folder. Sometimes ths
works and sometimes it doesn't. When it doesn't work they get the error:
"Unable to display the folder. The Inbox folder cannot be found". I've
determined that this is not a rights issue as all concerned users do have
the proper rights to their bosses mailbox of "Full Control" and "Read".
Even when I try it against the same mailboxes as a Domain/Exchange Admin I
get the same error. And I even get the error when I move my mailbox to the
same mailbox store as the user whose Inbox I am trying to open. Thoughts?

was recognized to have worked by at least two people. Anyone else have
another solution (I will try this one).

Ran ADModify (.NET version)
Select the Domain
Select the DC
Press the Green button
Highlight the users
Click Next
Go to the Custom Tab
Go to Make a customized Attribute Modfication
msExchUserAccountControl
set it to 0
Pressed Go

If not; try via OWA to eliminate local Outlook issues. Authenticate to
OWA with your credentials and modify url at the top server\exchange
\otheruser

Also does this work if you grant mapi level permissions on the folder
property itself?

When this occurs are you able to open these mailboxes as a secondary
