I am using XP and when I made up a message rule to say if not in address book
-- delete the email. It does not seem to work. I have to block each one I
don't want.

I am getting tired of getting all this junk email. Why doesn't the message
rule work or what else can I do.

Thanks.

which version of outlook - see help, about if unsure. What happens when the
rule runs? is it the first rule in the list?

Thank you for your response. I am running the latest Outlook Express and
have automatice updates. The rule is the number 1 rule in message rules. I
do have some others and I can get rid of them.

Thanks for any more assitance.

That's a different program. I wasn't aware OE had a 'in my address book'
option in rules. http://www.insideoe.com might have more information on it.
