Add rule issue

I have someone that emails that I want to permanently block. He sends to me
in an undisclosed recipients mail list. I have already got the emails going
to spam but I want to add rule that will permanently send his emails to trash
and delete.

I made a rule that any email that comes from him with his specific address
as well as any mail sent to undisclosed recipients to permanently delete
message and stop processing any further rules.

Well, this is somehow not working. I am still getting emails from him. Any
suggestions? Will I have to create separate rules?

Thanks,
Juboe

Post your rule. State your Outlook version and account type.

My rule is:
Apply this rule after message arrives with:
XXXXXXX or XXXXX or XXXXX in the sender's address
on this machine only
delete it
and permanently delete it
and stop processing more rules

I have Outlook 2003 and I am not sure what you mean by account type. This
is my home computer? Please let me know what you mean by account type and I
will be able to tell you.
Thanks,
Juboe

No need to have both "delete it" and "permanently delete it" as actions. Were
I creating the rule, I'd use the "with specific words in the sender's
address" condition, rather than the "from people or distribution list:"
condition.
