blocking emails in outlook express

Hi, i use outlook express and virgin net server. is there a way to specify
and block email addresses that i do not wish to receive emails from, please?

Your mail server might have some anti-spam settings that you could work
with. But OE also 'Mail Rules' that can be used to filter all sorts of
different ways.
