I changed my isp from virgin to tiscali but internet
explorer still appears at top of screen as provided by
virgin not tiscali, WHY? Also i can't send or receive
emails in my outlook express as it tells me there is a
problem with the server yet i can send emails fine from
tiscali mail box all this happened since i changed isp
please help

To remove all Internet Explorer branding, follow these steps:
1. Click Start.
2. Click Run.
3. Type - copy/paste

rundll32.exe iedkcs32.dll,Clear

and then click OK.

4. Restart Internet Explorer.
