Blocked Links in Receieved Emails

I am having trouble finding the option that will allow me to click through to
links on emails receieved. Could anyone help with this?

I am using Outlook 2003 on a standalone machine through a firewalled router
with NIS 2007 installed.

And where are the mails with the blocked links showing up?

The messages are in my inbox folder [default folder and not the "spam"
folder] and thats why I can't understand the reason for the links being
blocked.
