Blocked incoming

I am not receiving all my incoming messages, still getting my regular monthly
reminders and some junk . But some of my daughters teachers are getting their
mail back as blocked. For some it is working fine. I know there are others
not getting threw to me.
 
If you suspect you are not receiving all of your mail, the first step is to
check your provider's webmail portal. If your webmail has a Spam folder, the
missing messages might be there.

For the situation where some messages are returned to the sender
(non-delivery notice), we would need to see the exact wording of that notice
in order to determine the cause.
