blocked attachments

OE has arbitrarily blocked attachments from multiple messages [including my
institute and the police!]. I cannot unvlock nor modify the rule through
"Tools-Messages" .
Anybody know why and how?

Derek,
You'll have a better chance of getting an answer to your question by
posting your message in the appropriate InternetExplorer or
OutlookExpress newsgroup for your version of Access. Please make sure
you state your version number and what updates and Service Packs you
have added. The version number can be found by opening Outlook Express
and clicking on Help + About Outlook Express

The Access in this newsgroup's title refers to Microsoft Access, a
Database program.
