How to retrieve blocked email attachments

I have recently updated to outlook express 6 & IE 6, since
doing this i find that certain attached files are now
blocked by OE. With the message OE removed access to the
following unsafe attachments in your mail. How can i
physically retrieve these attachments (I do know that they
are in fact safe)?

if you want OE not to block attachments.

If you want to see attachments that have been blocked, I
believe you can open the e-mail then click the "Forward"
button and the attachment will appear in the message being
prepared for forwarding.

BTW, you posted to the wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is
for Microsoft ACCESS, a database application. Please post
to the OE newsgroup in the future.
