Block all other internet websites except for 3 specific internet w

Running XP SP2, would like to know how to block access to all websites except
for 3 internet websites. Content advisor does not work as it's based on
rating/non-rating

You can use content advisor using the following instructions, I've done this
myself. Even though the article says IE5.x, it works for IE6.x too.
