Blinking of XP when playing

Hi,

I had this problem where by when i point at my taskbar or
toolbar on top while playing on yahoo game it will be
blinking.

This did not happen when i surfing other website or doning
other tak.

It there a explanation for this.
 
I have seen this if you have things like PopUp blocker on the machine. Do
you happen to have that installed?
 
No i did not have the popup blocker. And i have try
several website and yahoo game is the onlyone that give me
the problem. It is diffcult to know wat do each task bar
is if the message keep blinking when the pointer point at
the bar
