blank web pages and non working links

Frustrated - Ever since I downloaded IE 6 and applied
the XP service pack web browsing is not working
correctly. When I click on a link or go to certain web
pages the pages are blank. According to XP SP1 - this
was fixed. Anyone out there have a suggestion?
