blank startup config utility

P

ps

When I run ms config, I click on the Startup Tab, under startup Item there
is a check mark beside a start up item with no title (it is just blank) .
Under Command it is also blank. Under location it says
hklm\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run. What is this? It
worries me that there is no name and maybe it is dangerous but I don't want
to turn it off because I don't want to mess up my computer. Please Help.
Also, I keep turning off the google toolbar notifier and yet it keeps turning
back on again. Why??

Thanks

An empty msconfig Startup tab is a good thing, but one that has a
problem should be fixed. Just for the annoyance factor...

See if this article applies to you:

Then we can fix your silly Google toolbar.
