Strange blank itme in System Config Utility startup

I'm running XP Pro SP3 and all updates. I have a problem where Windows
Firewall is being disabled a few seconds after a normal startup. In
investigating this I have noticed that in System Configuration Utility
Startup page there is a strange blank entry:

Startup item Command Location
blank Blank
SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

There is no blank line in this registry area or any line that I could guess
should be removed so that the blank line in my startup can be removed.

Can anyone advise?

Is there another firewall or security suite running? They tend to
disable the Windows firewall so theirs can run.

I uninstalled Kaspersky Internet suite then installed Kaspersky antivirus.
I have not seen a Kaspersky clean utility?
