Blank line in msconfig

There is a line in my msconfig "startup" group that shows no names
for "startup item" and "command". Its location is:
software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run
When I navigate to this location in regedit, I find no blank lines in
the right hand pane. Is it "(Default) > REG_SZ > (Value not set)"?
How can I remove the nameless command in msconfig? Will deleting the
above value in regedit remove it, and is it safe to delete it?

While the data "name" entry may not be blank under the Run key, maybe it
has a blank or null value. Also, maybe you have a "(Default)" data item
with a null data value; if so, delete it as there is no need for a
default startup item with no value. What happens when you select it and
hit the Delete key is that it still remains but then gets a value of
"(value not set)". It is a dummy data item but shouldn't have a value
assigned to it.

The "default" has no value assigned, but I am unable to delete the
"default". There was also an entry, "NWEReboot", which did not display
anything under the column "data", and on doubleclicking did not show
any value. I deleted it, and the nameless line in msconfig is now
gone.
Windows search did not show any file with the name NWEReboot on my
computer. I am curious to know its origin.

In msconfig, uncheck the entry that's missing information in
the first two columns.
Click OK.
In the box that pops up hit the "Exit without restart" button.
Now run the registry editor and navigate to this location.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared Tools\MSConfig

In the left hand column, see if there's a + sign next to the
startupreg subkey.
If so, click on it.
Click on the subkey that's under startupreg.
The information displayed in the right hand pane may provide
some clues as to what program added the problem entry in
msconfig.
In the left hand column you can right click on the subkey under
startupreg and select Delete from the menu.

As stated in my previous post, I have managed to solve the problem.
Further, re: NWEReboot, google got me the following information:

"dummy.exe [nwereboot] is a process belonging to Ahead Nero ([I have
Nero on my computer]) and acts as a temporary file whilst CD writing
is in process. This program is a non-essential process, but should not
be terminated unless suspected to be causing problems.
