Blank Pop up

While on line, in a program I click on a word that normally would render a
pop up box with a document that I need to print. Today however, in that
program and others, the box appears, as though it is loading the form and
then in the bottom left corner, as is normal, says "DONE" but the box is
blank. I installed a new EPSON Printer last night, but don't believe that I
changed anything in relation to this, although evidently I must have.

Did it ever work?

Can you post a link (like Joe =o) we can follow to see your problem?

Say:
Here is the link giving me trouble. <show link>
I want to click on that certain word right there and see a
pop up box
As you can see, the pop up box opens and says DONE but I
don't see anything to print.
When it worked before I would see something like this that
told me I could print.
To print this stuff, I would do the following.

Then please say:
I know my new printer is okay because I printed a Windows
test page successfully and can print
other documents just fine.

What browser are you using IE, Firefox? Both have the same problem?

Alos, You did not saw what Internet browser you are using (read how to
create a good forum post).

I use Firefox almost always. I have seen some WWW pages that just
don't work right with browsers other than Internet Explorer. For
example, some Mircrosoft pages don't work right or at all if they
detect Firefox, but Windows is their product, their WWW pages so I
guess they can do whatever they want! You may be forced to use IE
sometimes even on other pages not authored by Microsoft.

I would hope that most developers and QA people would at least test
their stuff on several browsers or at least know all the tricks to
make it work with something besides IE. IE tends to be more forgiving
of less than precise coding by making assumptions about what people
want to see. A good reason to put a Comments option on your WWW home
page.

So, sometimes you might see an empty box where you are pretty sure
there is supposed to be something to read or click or print, but the
box is empty. Try navigating to the afflicted page with IE and see if
it looks better. If it does, send them a nice message that their
stuff on that page doesn't work right with Firefox (or whatever you
use).

I am sure they will send you a nice thank you note.

Boy, my typos are catching up to me.
