blank pages printing

When using Windows ME, blank pages are being printed. When I look at
pages using Print Preview, pages are usually blank also. Even when Print
Preview shows a non-blank page, a blank page still prints. I noticed in
the print queue that the page being printed is:
http://www.ads.specificpop.com/cod... which is not the page being
viewed. No pop-ups were currently being shown.
