Delete a blank page

The second page of my word file prints out a blank page.

In print preview, the blank page is shown but in regular print view it does
not show this blank page.

How can I find, select, and delete this blank page?

Can you share the solution? I'm having the same problem. Just moved to 2007
and finding a few differences in how it behaves, including this injection of
unintended blank pages.
