Blank pages printing from IE6

We have one user, when she tries to print from IE a blank page comes out and
the print preview is also blank. I have narrowed it down to IE trying to make
a temp page in C:\windows\temp\*****.htm. This user does not and will not
have permision to write to the C drive. I can not find a setting anywhere to
change this. Any help?

How is the Temp environment variable set? IE may be trying to use that to
locate a writable folder.
