blank page displayed but completed request with no errors

I have upgraded to the latest 6 IE with service pack 1; I
have installed all the security updates and upgraded by
win 2k box to service pack 4;

As soon as I reboot IE works fine displays all the web
pages display fine with no problems.

But as time progress the browser experience degrades until
it thinks it fetched the web pages but it only displays
blank pages.

What is going on? How do I fix this problem.

PS:
Before the security upgrades and service packs everything
was working fine. The problem started happening after the
upgrades.
