Blank or Transparent New Email Window

I see other people have posted about this problem of WM needing to be
restarted about once a day due to New Email (or Reply) coming up just an
empty frame. Most of these other people have McAfee, but I have MS Live
OneCare! This problem has been going on for about 2 months, and I can't find
a solution--it's driving me nuts. Any advice?
