Blank reply screen-WM

B

Bill

Windows Vista Home Premium and using windows mail. I have 2GB ram and 500GB
HD with a Q6600 processor

I have WM open all the time as I use it in my home office. Everything works
reasonably well but sometimes I will hit the reply button to reply to an
email and I will get a blank reply window. Just the frame and nothing
inside. I have to close WM, and at times make sure it is closed in task
manager, then restart it. Once I had to do a reboot.

Any idea what may be causing this?

My PC is new with Vista

Thanks for any tips

I have the same problem and haven't a clue what is causing it. Would also
like a fix if any one has the answer. When mine goes blank, it is blank
anytime you try to open a message in a new window (not just on reply). I have
to completly reboot to get it back. I have vista home premium also.

Thanks for any help

I am having the same problem just started after having my computer a few weeks? I have vista home premium.

Same problem here. I attempt to open a message and all I get is a blank
screen. Closing windows mail and reopening it solves the problem for a
while. Not a serious problem but a nagging headache!

I am experiencing the same blank or black screen. Closing windows mail and
reopening does NOT help. I must restart computer. This computer is two
weeks old and this has just started a few days ago. If I manually shrink the
new box screen then part of the text will appear, but disappears ago when
expanded. I believe I will need to switch to another email program if there
is no solution forthcoming.
