The BIOS has nothing to do with your operating system.
Reboot the computer.
Look for something like "Press ** to enter Setup"
Typical keys are F1, F2, Esc, Delete and others.
Since different motherboard/computer manufacturers do it differently,
consult your manual and/or contact the manufacturer for details.

Set the first boot device to the hard drive that contains WinXP in
it's Primary Active partition.

Only you know what motherboard and BIOS you have, so only you know
the specific answer to your question. ;-}
