BINLSVC 1052 1053

Hi, I have a couple of problems, yesterday the main server went bang, and
ever since I have been having these two problems, where RIS is up the creek
the first error (1053) says:

"The Remote Installation service encountered an error while attempting to
connect to the directory service via the global catalog. The error code is in
the record data"

and the second error (1052) says:

"The Remote Installation service encountered multiple errors from the
directory service within the last 600 seconds. The number or errors is in
the record data"

As you can obviously guess I have tried alot of different things, and even
google'd the errors yet to no avail.

I have tried to remove the server from the domain, and then to uninstall RIS
and then rejoin (after deleteing it and the RIS user from AD) and then
install RIS back on the server, yet it keeps reporting these errors.

The oddest part of it all is that there are two laptops in the whole place
which pick up the RIS server and can get the images from it, yet nothing else!

Please help!!!!

Well I sorted it, you'll never guess what it was!! (i was working on it from
8am -> 3pm) and I found out that the domain controllers net logon service,
was.... paused!!! I feel like such a clutz!
