Force RIS to prompt for a computer name

RIS is not allowing me to enter a computer name when I setup Windows XP SP2.
I have seen that I need to create a GP for:

User Configuration\Windows Setting\RIS\Choose Options
-- Custom Setup = Enabled

I have done this and waited serveral minute and stopped and restarted the
service however I still get RIS automatically filling in the computer name
as Administrator1, Administrator2, etc.

I have gone back to the GP and set

User Configuration\Windows Setting\RIS\Choose Options
-- Automatic Setup = Disabled

However that only causes an error at setup time telling me that I don't have
access. How do I force RIS to ask for a computer name?

Never mind. I found the problem.

On Windows 2000 server it seems that the "choice.osc" needs be edited to
remove the following lines:

<META SERVER ACTION="DNRESET">
<META SERVER ACTION="FILTER CHOICE">

These two lines seem to push the process right by "choice.osc" right to
"oschoice.osc" which is where you pick the image/flat to install.
