Big Proglem - Need help please

Hi all,

I made a big booboo by installing mcafee and norton together. After that I
could not get access to my computer so I got in with safe mode and removed
with another program (not windows add/remove - would not let me) both
programs.

Now in my add remove programs i have all these programs that are showing
installed that I cannot remove.

Would appreciate any help. I will need to get rid of all the files showing
in the add/remove and remove all the resedue left behined from from these
programs as well from the registry and the hard drive.

At computer start-up,tap the F8 key,choose safe-mode,
open in ADM,remove programs.You'll need to open cmd-prompt
also,type:CHKDSK C: /R
C: the hd,agree to the restart,then type:EXIT Restart
computer.Theres one other fix,boot from xp cd,recovery,
typeisable /?
This gets info for,Disable a cmd that well,disables a
windows system service or driver,ending one of the two,
or both would be my advice.The /? is asking for help,
the cmd is good,try. Disable /Norton

Reinstall Maccrappy and then uninstall it from add/remove
this might work to remove the entry then reinstall norton
update it and keep it on your system.
