I've a PC with XP Sp2, yesterday it's crash and now the boot start, but after
loading some drivers, it's reboot automatically, also in safe mode.

The big problem is that if i boot from cd with some tools like Acronis or
Partition Magic or XP CD, i'm unable to see any partition !!!

Anyone can help me ?

have u tried diagnostic startup by going into safe mode, go to run and running msconfig and disable your startup items? if not try this. if not working, go to control panel, - performance and maintenance, - administrative tools, - computer managment, - disk management and have a look to see if your partition is visible there. is it a fat32 or ntfs partition?
maybe your hd had bad sectors? if it is fat32 yur file allocation tables
corrupt? if so, try to salvage everything and reformat using ntfs, or even
norton ghost to back up everything in your partition, then format and replace
everything. hope it helps. good luck
