beta antispyware

hello i need help with my beta anytispyware its been working fine ever since
i got my new xp computer from september. recently like a week ago i got a
msn message and all my friends have recieved one and it sadi to open it so i
did but nothing happened. later i was informed that it was a virus so i
scanned the computer with panda antivirus and found one trace, but now when i
opened my antivirus beta to scan. it wouldnt open and it hasnt been opening
since then. ive tried uninstalling it and then rinstalling it but i get the
same result and the message keeps saying microsoft antispyware has
encountered a critical error 101 then it tells me to resrart and try it again
but it still does not work so if u guys can help me i would kindly
appreciante it

Uninstall the app, delete the entire contents of c:\prrogram files\microsoft
antispyware, reboot the system, and reinstall.

Hopefully this will correct the problem.
