Well, do you have a manual? If so, look through it.
Have you contacted those you bought the product from to ask them?
Why would you ask in a Windows XP newsgroup? heh
Sounds like it is trying to tell you something and depending on the
manufacturer, it could be anything from "I am about to die" to "I am dead"
to "Why haven't you plugged me in correctly?". You would - strangely
enough - have to contact the manufacturer or read the manual of the product
in question.
