BCM will NOT install

BCM add-in for Outlook (Professional) will not install.
Installed SQL 2005 separately. Still will not install (MSSmallBiz).
NO log file (in temp or windows\temp)

Hi
Is this on Vista?Did you install SQL Express with instance name being
MSSMLBIZ? if yes ,you need to set the security property under
C:\Users\vijain\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Business Contact Manager folder's
properties and add Nertwork Service to it. Also make sure before installing
MSSMLBIZ service is running.

I can't seem to install BCM either. I am running on Vista64 Ultimate. I am
running Office 2007 Enterprise. the SQL server is running as MSSMLBIZ. the
error that I am getting is as follows:

this is out of the log file.

I woudl really like to use BCM, but cant' install it.
