BCM Fails to Install SQL Server

Trying to add BCM to Outlook 2007 running on a Vista Notebook. Install
fails about halfway thru when SQL Server does not install. Following is
eror log from SQL Server :

Need some urgent help as it has happened 4 times now !!

Hi James,

I have looked at the logs you have posted, and it seems to be an issue with
installing sql express 2005 sp1. If found this artical on the Mircosoft
support site that sort of address the issue,
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/926623/en-us. However if this won't work
for you, I would recommend calling support. Here is a link to the support
