Looks like a problem with the installation of sql server.

Try installing sql manually, so that you get the sql setup user
interface.

Go to the folder where the BCM setup.exe is. Look in a folder labeled
SSE for a file named SQLEXPR.exe and double click on it to run it.

Once sql server express is installed, run the BCM setup again and
it'll create BCM's sql instance and install BCM.
