BCC in Outlook 2003 - NO GO

Hi

I am trying to use BCC in Outlook 2003.

I have no BCC option on the view menu. I cannot get Word as the default
editor (as it is Word XP). There are no arrows next to the options button.
Outlook help is spurious and incorrect!!!

Help please.

Outlook and Office Word versions must match to be used together.

When you click the To button, the Bcc field will show in the Address Book
dialog.
