BCC in outlook 2003

Hello.
I am using outlook 2003 with exchange 2003. When i send an e-mail only with
BCC filled, who receives this e-mail can see the emails in the field "to"
(!!), but if i send e-mails with the "to" and the "bcc" fields filled, who
receiveis only see the "to" field.
The idea it´s send using only the "bcc" field for that users who receives to
not know the other e-mails that it was sent.

That's quite normal and expected behavior. Any To address is visible to all recipients.

Some ISP's Mail servers, will show the names of the recipients in the BCC:
Line, if there is no recipient in the To: Line. Many have dump the entry of
"Undisclosed Recipient" in the TO" Line, if that line was empty. Some
receiving mail servers will even reject messages that are addressed that
way, and won't deliver them.

So you will need to create a contact, such as Jose's Mailing list, and use
your email address as the contact's mail address. Place that in the TO:
Line, and then put your recipients addresses or distribution list in the
BCC: Line, then send the message.
