Turning on and off fields like BCC in O2k3/w Word 2k3

Hello,

If I'm using Outlook 2003 as my e-mail program, and Word 2003 is my default
e-mail editor. I'd like to know how to turn on and off the BCC field (I
don't know what other fields I have as an option) I looked on the web and
they say view bcc field but that isn't an option with what I have. Someone
helped me turn on the BCC field and I was foolish enough not to have kept
the reply.

My bad - I kept clicking on the options button instead of the arrow next to
it - not sure why they didn't just put that feature in the options button -
I forgot the arrow next to it was a seperate item.
