Battery 100%/shuts down anyways

I just went to wireless. but I unplug my ac power and the
battery says it is at 100%. But it stays on for about 2-
minutes and turns off. I cannot start it back up until I
plug it back in. This system was purchased new in
February. The automatic battery test and calibration say
it is working properly. Can anyone help me out there?

Perhaps you have a bad battery connection?
