I am having problems with scheduler starting bat files that
will run fine when manually started at the C:\. In
addition, the backup scheduler has the same issue, works
fine when started manually, but unattended, it won't start.

plenty of memory, plenty of hard drive, plenty of speed on
the machine in question.
